ORDINANCE NO. 2432 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING SECTION 20.96 OF DIVISION 1 OF ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CITY CODE OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PARKING NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Purpose. A. Instituting a two-hour time limit along 2nd Avenue will accommodate Spinas Park and neighborhood visitors while discouraging long-term commercial parking; and B. This ordinance is adopted in accordance with Chapter 9 (Stopping, Standing, and Parking) of Division 11 of the California Vehicle Code. Section 2.
