ORDINANCE NO. 2438 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING SECTIONS 38.10, 38.10.1 AND 38.5(h) OF THE REDWOOD CITY CODE RELATING TO CERTAIN PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES FEES NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. Section 2.
