Section 20.96.1 of Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 1 of the Redwood <br />City Municipal Code is hereby deleted in its entirety, and replaced with "RESERVED". <br />Sec. 20.96.1. - RESERVED. <br />Section 7. Section 20.101 of Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 1 of the Redwood <br />City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 20.101. - A''�-NIGHT PARKING OF OVERSIZED COMMERCIAL VEHICLES <br />PROHIBITED FOR TRU XgC 94CGCs TFLUL€RQ, ETC., SN ANYS-TR€€Ti <br />REMOVAL BY POLICE: <br />A. For ourooses of this Section. the term "commercial vehicle" shall have the <br />meanina ascribed to it by Vehicle Code Section 260. and the term "oversized" <br />shall mean a commercial vehicle that exceeds twenty-four and one half (24.5) <br />feet in overall lenath (includina anv load or accessory thereon) or that has a <br />manufacturer's Dross vehicle weiaht ratina of more than eiaht thousand (8.000) <br />-9p Winds• — - <br />B. When sians are erected aivina notice thereof. no person shall nark or leave <br />standina anv oversized commercial vehicle uDon the street for more than a <br />consecutive Deriod of two (2) hours. This limitation on Darkina shall be effective <br />twentv-four (24) hours dailv. For ourooses of this subsection B. a vehicle shall <br />be deemed Darked or left standina if it has not been moved at least one vehicle <br />lenath as measured by the lenath of the vehicle in auestion within the aforesaid_ <br />two (2) hour Deriod. <br />�. Notwithstandina the provisions of subsection B of this Section.
