ORDINANCE NO. 2446 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING SECTION 20.96 OF DIVISION 1 OF ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CITY CODE OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PARKING NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Purpose. A. Instituting a two-hour time limit along Middlefield Road and Chestnut Street frontages of 1698 Middlefield Road will accommodate Jardin De Ninos Park visitors while discouraging long-term parking during the day; and B. This ordinance is adopted in accordance with Chapter 9 (Stopping, Standing

This ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) as set forth in Section 15301, ("Existing Facilities"), as it involves operation <br />of an existing street and minor changes to existing parking signage with no expansion of <br />use. <br />Section 5. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br />applicable law. <br />Section 6.
