05/06/2019 <br />REDWOOD CITY PRODUCED EVENT means an event developed and implemented in <br />its entirety by the City of Redwood City ar its Redevelopment AgeRGY. The City <br />departments have sole responsibility for the event from <br />inception to completion, including concept development, creative direction, funding and <br />fund development, marketing and media relations, and staffing and support services to <br />directly implement the event. <br />REDWOOD CITY CO-PRODUCED EVENT means an event that has significant <br />Redwood City and//)F its Rede clop eRt Ageney staff involvement in both the planning <br />and the implementation, together with a non -City OF ^^^ Rede elapF eRt AgeR ntity. <br />To be considered an event co-produced by the City or its Redevelopment Agen <br />City/AgenW staff must be involved in aspects of the event, including but not limited to <br />creative direction, funding and fund development, marketing and media relations, and <br />staffing and support services. <br />[Sec. 33A.38. remains unchanged] <br />Sec. 33A.39. - CONDUCT AND ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED: <br />No person shall engage in the following prohibited activities in Courthouse Square: <br />[All other subsections remain unchanged] <br />Use, play or participate in the use or playing of any loud speaker, amplifier or <br />other device without a permit beMeen the hours of eleven clock (11:00) P.M. <br />and seven o'clock (7iOO) A.W.; <br />[Sec. 33A.40. remains unchanged] <br />Sec. 33A.41. - PERMITS REQUIRED: <br />An event permit is required for any activity in the eCourthouse sSquare under one or more <br />of the following circumstances: <br />[Subsection A remains unchanged] <br />B. The activity includes the placement of any temporary structure, including but <br />not limited to any sign, stage, booth, canopy, barrier, fence, table, chair, GF <br />tent, or membrane structure; <br />C. The activity includes, but is not limited to: <br />F �var_rs�rnr_�r��sr_rr. r_r_rs <br />2-.L Driving or placing vehicles (e.g., cars, trucks, vans) onto the Courthouse Square <br />Special Event Area; <br />3.2.
