No sign shall be located within six hundred and <br /> sixty (660) feet of the outer limits of the main traveled roadway <br /> of a freeway, with the exception of temporary signs, real estate <br /> signs and signs permitted under the provisions of the Freeway <br /> Overlay District (as defined and described in the Zoning <br /> Ordinance). <br /> <br /> j. General Prohibition. No sign shall be displayed or placed in a <br /> manner which impedes the movement of vehicles or <br /> pedestrians, imitates, simulates, or interferes with an official <br /> traffic sign, signal, or device; or obstructs the visibility of <br /> motorists, bicyclists, or pedestrians." <br /> <br /> Section 3.
