2/28/00 <br /> <br /> off-street parking space per employee of driving age not <br /> living in the home. For such purpose the residential <br /> driveway is acceptable if the parking space usage will not <br /> interfere with any required child vehicular passenger <br /> boarding or disembarkation area designed to prevent <br /> vehicles from backing into adjacent major arterial or collector <br /> streets. The residential driveway may be used as such <br /> boarding/disembarkation area. <br /> <br /> d. Residences located adjacent to major arterial or collector <br /> streets shall be provided with a vehicular child passenger <br /> boarding/disembarkation area designed to prevent vehicles <br /> from backing into the major arterial or collector streets. The' <br /> residential driveway may be used as such <br /> boarding/disembarkation area. <br /> <br /> e. The facility provider shall comply with all applicable <br /> regulations of the Fire Department regarding health and. <br /> safety requirements. <br /> <br /> f. The facility provider shall have been issued a large family <br /> day care home license from the State of California, <br /> Department of Social Services. Proof of the issuance of <br /> such license shall be submitted to the Planning Division <br /> within 90 days of approval of the facility provider's <br /> application for certification of compliance by the Planning <br /> Division with the requirements of this Section 2.21.1.c.2. If <br /> the license is revoked for any reason, the facility provider <br /> shall immediately notify the Planning Division. Such <br /> revocation shall be grounds for decertification of compliance <br /> herewith. <br /> <br /> g. The facility shall be operated in a manner which will not <br /> adversely affect adjoining residences and not be detrimental <br /> to the health, safety, and welfare of the neighborhood. <br /> <br /> h. All new Large Family Day Care Homes shall be required to <br /> apply for a permit to use a lot zoned for single-family <br /> dwellings (the "Application").
