3/13/00 <br /> <br /> COPY , <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130-305 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 13.2 and 13.4 OF ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO <br /> CN (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Section 1. Section 13.2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 13.2. Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted in the CN <br />District if conducted entirely within a building: <br /> <br /> a. Grocery, retail bakery sales, drug, variety, or hardware stores. <br /> b. Beauty, barber, shoe, gift, stationery, record, toy, or flower shops. <br /> c. Banks and business or professional offices. <br /> <br /> d. Soda fountains and restaurants, not including live entertainment, dancing, <br /> or sale of liquor, beer, or other alcoholic beverages for consumption on <br /> the premises. <br /> <br /> e. Studies for arts, crafts, photography, and dance. <br /> f. Parking garages for customer and employee parking only. <br /> g. Family Day Care Homes within residential structures." <br /> <br /> 2. Section 2. Section 13.4 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 13.4. Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the CN District pursuant to first secudng a use permit therefor. <br /> <br /> a. Automobile service stations, not including major vehicle repair and <br /> overhaul. <br /> <br /> b.
