4. Credit may be given ._~ redevelopment of existing uses p~._~uant to Subdivision® <br /> C. of Section 18.249. <br /> <br />Section 18.254- Adjustments to Fees: <br /> <br />Annually, the Administrator shall propose adjustments to the Impact Fee Schedule <br />based on revised cost estimates for the Capital Improvements and traffic reduction <br />measures included, or proposed to be included, concurrently in the Impact Fee Project <br />List, and present said recommendations to the Council which, following noticed public <br />hearing, may be approved and adopted by resolution with such revisions, modifications, <br />or amendments as the Council shall determine. Notice of said public hearing shall be <br />given pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 66018. <br />Section 18.255 - Violation-Penalty: <br /> <br />Any person, corporation, or other business entity violating or causing the violation of any <br />of the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction <br />thereof, shall be punishable in accordance with Section 1.7.A of this Code. <br />Notwithstanding, the foregoing, the provisions of this Article may also be enforced by <br />legal or equitable action, or both such actions, all such remedies being cumulative." <br /> <br /> S~i0n ;~. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase, part or portion <br /> <br />of this ordinance, including those parts adopted by reference, is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance." <br /> <br /> S~¢ti0n 4.
