Large scale office developments have been, and are being, proposed <br /> <br /> for developed and undeveloped properties which, as individual parcels, or <br /> combined parcels, are one acre or larger in area, particularly within the "CG" <br /> (General Commercial-Residential Combining), "CB" (Central Business), and "CN" <br /> (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning Districts (collectively, the "Affected <br /> Districts"); <br /> <br /> C.
