DES:djk 01/23/96 (064/41) <br /> DES:dj~ ~1/26/96R <br /> <br />specifications entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for <br />Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", as well as the City's <br />specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City", adopted December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications <br />are on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br />which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Lakeside Subdivision Unit No. 3", (form dated 01/26/96R), a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respect'ively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4. All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> <br />
