An Application shall be granted provided that: <br /> 1) No prior extension of time on the Architectural Permit has been <br /> issued after April 11,2001; <br /> 2) There have been no significant modifications to the development <br /> project after April 11, 2001, which would require approval by the <br /> Planning Commission or a recommendation by the Architectural <br /> Review Committee; and <br /> 3) The extension is consistent with the architectural standards <br /> described in Section 45.8 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. Applications for a BuildinR Permit for Developments that do <br /> not Require a Planning Permit. <br /> Building Permit applications deemed complete as of April 11, 2001, <br /> as determined by the Building Official, for development projects that <br /> do not require a Planning Permit, will be processed according to the <br /> requirements of the Zoning Ordinance in effect when the <br /> application was complete. <br /> 4. Projects Under Construction. <br /> A structure that is under construction on the effective date of <br /> Ordinance No. 1130-310 need not be changed to satisfy the <br /> requirements of Ordinance No. 1130-310, so long as construction is <br /> substantially completed, as determined by the Building Official, <br /> prior to the expiration of the applicable building permit(s), or any <br /> extension thereof. <br /> <br />Ord-127a 5 <br />f/sh/s h/RC/Co u ncil/Ord <br />FXS:rg <br /> <br /> 2209 <br /> <br /> <br />
