NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the deed of conveyance to transfer the Subject Property to <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />such other documents approved by the City Attorney's office which are deemed <br />necessary and/or appropriate to implement the conveyance of the Subject <br />Property to the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br /> 3.
