THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That an amendment to the agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and the Board of Administration of the California Public <br />Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of which <br />amendment is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 2210 of the City of Redwood City <br />adopted on June 25, 2001, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said amendment for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
