ORDINANCE NO. 2231 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.44, 20.45 AND 20.45.1 OF CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE IV OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO UPDATE THE LEGAL SPEED LIMIT ON VARIOUS DESIGNATED STREETS THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 20.44 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "Section 20.44. It is hereby determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic survey that a speed greater than the speed permitted by State law would facilitate the orderly movement of vehicular traffic and would be reasonable and safe the following streets, and it is hereby declared that the
