<br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT <br />Between METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br />And THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />For LIFELINE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM FUNDS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of November 9, 2009, is Amendment No.1 to the <br />Agreement by and between the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (hereinafter ~eferred to <br />as "MTC") and the City of Redwood City (herein called "RECIPIENT"), dated October 1, 2007, <br />which is herein incorporated as though set out in full. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to modify the subject agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Article 2, TIME OF PERFORMANCE, is revised to extend the period of performance to <br />August 31, 2011. <br /> <br />2. Article 20, NOTICES, is revised to be renumbered to Article 22, and to subs.titute <br />Jennifer Yeamans for Therese Knudsen as principal contact for receipt of notices, at <br /><jyeamans@mtc.ca.gov> and fax 510.817-5848. <br /> <br />3. Retention of Contract Provisions.
