between the City of Redwood City, Redwood Shores Properties, and Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 is solely for the purpose of extending the term of <br />the Development Agreement and remains consistent with the General Plan of the City <br />of Redwood City and should be approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Seventh Amendment to Development Agreement, which <br />amends the Amended Development Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth herein, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the <br />Amendment for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, and the Mayor of the City of <br />Redwood City, acting as President of the Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64, is authorized to execute the Amendment on behalf of the Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Except as otherwise provided in the Seventh Amendment to the <br />Development Agreement, the Amended Development Agreement shall remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Section 5. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Ordinance and the Seventh <br />Amendment to Development Agreement to be recorded in the office of the San Mateo <br />County Recorder within ten (10) days after its execution, provided, however, that this <br />Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the date of its adoption and retroactive <br />to the date of introduction hereof. <br /> <br />F:Atty/Ord/Ord.182 4 <br />050803 <br /> <br /> <br />
