The City evaluated a number of basic land use <br /> and development scenarios as part of its Bayfront study process. <br /> I The final concept land use pattern is illustrated on the "Bayfront <br /> Study Land Use Concept" graphic. <br /> ¡ The Land Use Concept shows an area of buffer commercial uses <br /> J along US 101 between Whipple Avenue and Maple Street.
