Utilities and equipment <br /> I shall be screened from view by landscaping and/or equipment <br /> enclosures painted to blend with the landscape. When feasible, <br /> equipment shall be located in below-grade utility boxes. <br /> 1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I Surface parking lots shall be screened with attractive walls and <br /> fencing. <br /> I <br /> I H. SECURE BICYCLE PARKING - Secure bicycle parking facilities; <br /> e.g., in a shared garage or locked bicycle cage, shall be provided <br /> I for residents. Minimum capacity shall be one secured parking <br /> spot per 3 dwelling units. A bicycle parking area with racks and <br /> I room for maneuvering should be provided for each new office <br /> I building. Bike lockers for employees should be established in <br /> unobtrusive areas. <br /> I I. SERVICE AREAS - Service areas and related materials, equip- <br /> .., ment, supplies, etc., shall be screened from view from adjacent <br /> I buildings, streets, and ways. Loading docks, service bays, and <br /> mechanical facilities should be internal to buildings with bay <br /> I doors that can be closed when facilities are not in use.
