Ordinance No. 2256, adopted August 25, 2003, and all <br /> ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 2256, and resolutions authorizing or revising <br /> appropriations mentioned therein, and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this <br /> ordinance to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, as of the effective date of <br /> this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 9. Effective Date and Operative Date.
