Hospitals: All institutions where the sick or injured are given medical or surgical care: Minimum monthly rate, effective August 11, 2005: Twenty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($26.27), plus an additional monthly charge of Two Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($2.27) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. 7. Industrial: All establishments used for industrial purposes including, but not limited to, manufacturing plants, processing plants, producers, laundries, photo processors, electric service institutions, packagers, and other similar classes of use: Minimum monthly rate, effective August 11, 2005: Twenty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($26.27) plus an additional monthly charge of One Dollar and Eighty-Six Cents ($1.86) One Dollars and Eighty-Eight Cents ($1.88) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. B.
