ORDINANCE NO. 2301 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AND FIXING AND LEVYING THE TAX RATE THEREFOR THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. GENERAL. The following general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 1-64 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the fiscal year July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit

<br />07/24/2006 <br /> <br />E, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 Reclamation <br />Bond Principal and Interest Fund, and for payment of costs incurred in assessment and <br /> <br />administration of the district, and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed <br />at $0.000 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed value of all taxable <br /> <br />land within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-64 as said District was <br />established by Resolution No. 4274 adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />on May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto, as said value has <br />been established in accordance with Ordinance No. 1290, adopted by the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City on January 30,1967. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this <br /> <br />ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br /> <br />ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of portions of this ordinance, and the City Council <br /> <br />hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and each section, sentence, <br />clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more section, <br /> <br />sentence, clause or phrase be declared invalid. <br />SECTION 4. TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. The City Clerk is hereby directed to <br /> <br />transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the Auditor of the County of San Mateo in <br />accordance with Section 51551 of the Government Code and to such other County <br /> <br />officials as may find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
