The ooals. obiectives. <br />oolicies. and development criteria contained herein are consistent with <br />the applicable airport! land use compatibility criteria contained in the San <br />Mateo County Comorehensive Airport Land Use Plan December 1996. <br />as amended. for San Carlos Airport <br />All of the Precise Plan area is located within the current airport influence <br />area (AlA) bounda"" for San Carlos Airoort (Area A and Area B). <br />Therefore. all new subdivided land for sale or lease in the plannina area. <br />since the effective date of the statute. is subiect to the real estate <br />disclosure reouirementsspecified in Chapter 496. Statutes 2002. <br />Future develoQment in the Precise Plan area that is contained within <br />the San Carlos Airport Influence Area (AlA) B shall comply withalf <br />relevant FAA .standards and criteria for safety. reaardina f1ashina Iiahts. <br />reflective materiall land uses which may attract larae concentrations of <br />birds.
