ORDINANCE NO. 2329 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE VII, DIVISION 4 SECTIONS 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 133, AND 134 AND CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE VII, DIVISION 9 SECTION 184 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY THAT: 1. Sections 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 133, and 134 of Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 4, are hereby amended to read as follows: DIVISION 4. PARKING METER ZONES Sec. 20.116. ESTABLISHMENT OF DOWNTOWN METER ZONE: The Downtown Meter Zone is hereby established and is described as follows

Section 184 of Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 9 is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> DIVISION 9. REGULATED, UNMETERED OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES <br /> Sec. 20.184. REGULATED, UNMETERED OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES <br /> DESIGNATED: The following off-street parking facilities, owned or operated by the <br /> City, are hereby designated as regulated, unmetered off-street parking facilities: <br /> A. Police Department Parking Lot, located at the front, unenclosed area, of the Police <br /> Department building, 1301 Maple Street. <br /> B. Municipal Services Center Parking Lot, 1400 Broadway. <br /> C. Library Parking Lot "C," located directly behind and southerly of the Main Library <br /> branch, 1044 Middlefield Road. <br /> The City Manager shall cause parking spaces to be designated and shall cause <br /> appropriate signs to be posted, and markings to be made, in all regulated, unmetered <br /> off-street parking facilities designated in this Section. <br /> Sec. 20.192--20.199.
