That the number of votes given in the City to each of the <br />persons above named for the respective offices for which the persons were <br />candidates and for and against the measures were as listed in the attached <br />Exhibit "A." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Redwood City submitted to <br />the qualified voters of the City at the Election, Measures "0," and "E." <br /> <br />Measure 0: "Shall specified sections of the City Charter be <br />amended to supplant the existing telephone and video users' tax with a modem <br />communications users' tax, and reduce the rate of the tax from 5% to 4%?" <br /> <br />Measure E: "Shall specified sections of the City Charter be <br />amended to amend the City Charter to extend the term of office of City Planning <br />and Library board members from three (3) years to four years and reduce the <br />term of office of City Port board members from five (5) to four?" <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
