Adopt a resolution declaring Canvass of Returns and Results of General <br />Municipal Election held on November 6,2007. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />RECITING THE FACTS OF THE CONSOLIDATED GENERAL MUNICIPAL <br />ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 6, 2007 DECLARING THE RESULTS <br />AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED BY LAW <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Clerk to submit the amended ratified sections of the City <br />Charter to the Secretary of State and file a copy with the County Recorder, <br />pursuant to Government Code 34459, 34460 and Elections Code Section <br />9269. <br /> <br />8.
