ORDINANCE NO. 2344 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38.5 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOllOWS: SECTION 1. Section 38.5 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: Sec. 38.5.
