ORDINANCE NO. 2345 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27.100 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO SANITARY SEWERAGE SERVICE CHARGES THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 . Supermarkets: Markets with garbage grinders or other <br />mechanical disposal systems in other similar classes of use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2009: Forty-Four Dollars <br />and Seventy-Seven Cents ($44.70), plus an additional monthly <br />charge of Eight Dollars and Ninety-One Cents ($8.91) per one <br />hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or <br />deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand <br />(1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />5. Institutional and Public: All establishments used for institutional <br />purposes, both private and public, including schools, colleges, rest <br />homes, clubs, public buildings, lodges, and other similar classes of <br />use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2009: Forty-Four Dollars <br />and Seventy-Seven Cents ($44.70), plus an additional monthly <br />charge of Three Dollars and Twenty-Nine Cents ($3.29) per one <br />hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or <br />deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand <br />(1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />6. Hospitals: All institutions where the sick or injured are given <br />medical or surgical care: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2009: Forty-Four Dollars <br />and Seventy-Seven Cents ($44.70), plus an additional monthly <br />charge of Three Dollars and Sixty-Seven Cents ($3.67) per one <br />hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or <br />deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand <br />(1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />7.
