Subdivision B of paragraph 7 ("Compensation for <br />Recycling Service") of the Recycling Agreement is hereby amended <br />by substituting three and eighty five hundreths percent (3.85%) <br />for three and one-half percent (3~%) as the surcharge established <br />in said paragraph as the charge for recycling services imposed as <br />a surcharge on the rates for collection of solid waste. <br /> 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty days from its <br />date of adoption; provided, however, that it shall be operative <br />retroactively from and after October 1 , 1989 and the Collection <br />Agreement and Recycling Agreement here-in-above specified shall <br />likewise be deemed amended in accordance herewith, effective from <br />and after October 1, 1989. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 <br /> 2008 <br /> -""'-' ,- <br />
