<br /> DES:djJTI 02/08/90 (013/#8) <br /> DES:dj 02/26/90R <br />charges specified in this chapter or otherwise provided for the <br />use of the City's sanitary sewerage system. <br /> The amount of the facilities fee, per quivalent dwelling <br />unit (hereinafter defined) is Five Hundred Twenty Dollars <br />($520.00) . <br /> (b) Dwelling Unit Equivalent. The fee hereinabove <br />established shall be calculated on the basis of "dwelling unit <br />equivalents". The amount payable for multi-family residential <br />structures shall be determined by multiplying the above-specified <br />fee times the number of dwelling units contained therein. The <br />amount payable for commercial, industrial, or other structures <br />shall be determined by multiplying the above-specified fee times <br />the square footage of the structure for which calculation is <br />being made divided by two thousand. <br /> (c) Exclusion Period. The facilities fee hereby <br />established shall not apply to premises located within Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64, a general <br />improvement district duly organized and existing under the <br />Redwood City General Improvement District Ordinance (being <br />Ordinance No. 1128, adopted March 9, 1964, as amended) , and all <br />territory annexed to said district." <br /> 2. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective thirty <br />(30) days from the date of its adoption; provided, however, that <br />the amendments to the Redwood City Code hereby enacted shall be <br />operative retroactively from and after the date of adoption <br />hereof. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 <br /> 2012 <br /> .-.-........ ,,- <br />
