2· 21l.LL, Þ.PR - 2 1990 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 33.41 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO APPEALS FROM THE DENIAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR, OR REVOCATION OF, A TAXI DRIVER'S PERMIT THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 33.41 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 33.41. Whenever the Chief of Police intends to deny an application or revoke a permit for driving a taxicab, the Chief shall give written notice thereof to the applicant or permittee, which shall set forth the grounds upon which such denial or revocation is contemplated and
