Franchise Agreement. (a) All other <br /> terms, conditions, procedures, rights and obligations of the <br /> City and Grantee for any franchise granted pursuant to this <br /> Ordinance shall be specified in an Agreement between the <br /> City and the Grantee." <br /> SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and the City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted <br />said ordinances and each section, sentence, clause or phrase <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more section, <br />sentence, clause or phrase be declared invalid. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take <br />effect thirty (30) days after its adoption or when the new master <br />renewal Agreement of Franchise for a Cable Television System, <br />which is on file in the City Manager's office, incorporated <br />by reference and adopted as though set forth in full, has been <br />executed by the City of Redwood City and TCI, whichever event <br />occurs later. <br /> * * * <br /> 8 <br /> _............... <br />
