<br /> DAL:dft lQ/26/90 (026/8) <br /> /Ol/90R <br /> o RIG I N A L 11/19/90 <br /> - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2031 <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMEND- <br /> MENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY AND CENTRUM ASSOCIATES, ORACLE REAL ESTATE <br /> CORPORATION, CENTRUM III ASSOCIATES, AND CENTRUM OWNERS <br /> ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST TO CAMPEAU CORP- <br /> ORATION, AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WITH RESPECT <br /> THERETO. <br /> (GID 1-64) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Campeau Corporation <br />("Campeau" ) entered into a "Development Agreement" as of <br />August 6, 1986 (recorded on August 8, 1986, and filed as Document <br />No. 86094609, Official Records of San Mateo County, California, <br />and approved by Ordinance No. 1931 adopted June 2, 1986, to <br />govern the development of the Property, to govern the development <br />of the Property, as described therein, known as the "Centrum <br />Project" and consisting of approximately 65.8 acres located in <br />the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as is <br />more particularly described in the Amendment to Development <br />hereinafter referenced; and <br /> WHEREAS, after entering into the Development Agreement and <br />acquiring the Property, Campeau sold the Property to Wilson <br />Centrum Partners, a California Limited Partnership, which in turn <br />transferred the Property to Centrum, and <br /> WHEREAS, two of the parcels to be developed as office <br />building sites on the Property have been conveyed to Centrum V <br />Associates, a California general partnership ( "Cen trum V") , <br />Centrum IV Associates, a California general partnership ( "Centrum <br />IV") , and Centrum III respectively, partnerships related to <br />Centrum which were formed to develop the respective parcels; and <br /> ",.- .. <br />
