<br /> DAL:dft If)/26/90 (026/8) <br /> /01/90R <br />on July 24, 1989 in Book 120 of Maps of the Official Records of <br />San Mateo County at pages 45-48, as the map entitled "Centrum <br />Office Park, being a resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 as <br />shown on that certain map entitled 'Centrum' recorded in Volume <br />115 of subdivision maps at pages 22, 23, 24 and 25, San Mateo <br />County Records" (the "Resubdivision Map"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City approved a tentative subdivision map (TM <br />10803-9) to resubdivide the Property to conform to the revised <br />Planned Development Permit, the final map of which was recorded <br />on July 24, 1989 in Book 120 of Maps of the Official Records of <br />San Mateo County at Pages 45-48, as the map entitled "Centrum <br />Office Park, being a resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 as <br />shown on that certain map entitled "Centrum" recorded in Volume <br />115 of subdivision maps at Pages 22, 23, 24 and 25, San Mateo <br />County Records" (the "Resubdivision Map"); and <br /> WHEREAS, a lot line adjustment for Lots 2 , 3, 4, and 8 as <br />shown on the Resubdivision Map has been approved by the City and <br />recorded on July 20, 1990, in Book 63 of Parcel Maps of the <br />official records of San Mateo County at pages 98-100, as the map <br />entitled "Parcel Map 90-4"; and <br /> WHEREAS, City and Developer desire to amend the Development <br />Agreement, approved pursuant to Ordinance No. 1931, to reflect <br />the current ownership of the Property, and the current <br />Development Plan for the Project, including the increase in <br />parking spaces and change in permitted use approved in the <br />amendments to the Planned Development Permit; <br /> 3 2031 <br />
