ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23.2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE ENUMERATION OF POSITIONS EXCLUDED FROM COMPETITIVE SERVICE OR MERIT SYSTEM THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 23.2 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 23.2. Scope of Chapter.
