<br /> DAL:dft ·..../07/90R (025/8) <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Repealer. Ordinance No. 1906 adopted <br />December 17, 1984, entitled "An Ordinance Awarding a Non- <br />Exclusive Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain a <br />Community Antenna Television System Within the City of Redwood <br />City to Nationwide Cablevision, Inc. , DBA Peninsula Cable TV; <br />Establishing Certain Conditions Therefor; and Repealing Ordinance <br />No. 1892 and All Other Ordinances in Conflict Herewith", is, and <br />all other ordinances or portions thereof in conflict herewith <br />are, hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 2. Franchise Granted. In accordance with Article <br />III of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, (the <br />"CATV Ordinance") , the City of Redwood City ("Grantor" ) hereby <br />grants a non-exclusive franchise to TCI Cablevision of <br />California, Inc. , located at 894 Industrial Road, San Carlos, <br />California 94070 to construct, operate and maintain a cable <br />television system within the City of Redwood City, California, <br />subject to all provisions, terms and requirements of the CATV <br />Ordinance heretofore or hereafter enacted, and to all <br />requirements of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the <br />franchise agreement, hereinafter referenced, the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, and all ordinances, rules, regulations and <br />specifications of the City of Redwood City heretofore or <br />hereafter enacted or established.
