Notice of the disestablishment of the Downtown <br />Parking and Business Improvement Area No. 1 shall be published <br />once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Redwood <br />Ci ty, not later than 15 days after the ordinance disestablishing <br />t.he Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area No. 1 is <br />adopted. <br /> SECTION 7.
