<br /> :JES:dft c;./05/91 (004/10) <br /> o RIG I N A L 6/24/91 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2037 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2018 <br />RELATING TO WATER USE CHARGES IMPOSED UNDER REGULATIONS <br />AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE DELIVERY AND CONSUMPTION OF <br />WATER DURING WATER SHORTAGE EMERGENCY AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2019 <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION l. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 2018 entitled <br />"Ordinance Determining and Declaring Water Shortage Emergency, <br />Establishing Regulations and Restrictions on the Delivery and <br />Consumption of Wat.er, and Establishing Penalties for Violations <br />Thereof", adopted June 25, 1990, is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> "Section 7. Excess Water Use Charges. Excess wat.er <br />use charges are hereby established in the following amounts <br />for the corresponding amounts of water consumed. By <br />any user in excess of the wat.er use allotment <br />established for such user under Section 5(a) hereof, <br />for any billing period: <br />USAGE OVER ALLOTMENT CHARGE PER UNIT <br /> First 10 units $ 4.00 <br /> Units Exceeding <br /> allot.ment. by: <br /> (i) o - 10%, excluding $ 4.00 <br /> first 10 Units; <br /> (ii) 10.01 - 25%, excluding $ 6.00 <br /> first 10 Units; <br /> (iii) over 25%, excluding <br /> first 10 Units $ 8.00" <br />SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 2019 entitled, "Ordinance Amending <br />Sect. ion 7 of Ordinance No. 2018 Relat.ing to Excess Water Use <br />Charges Imposed Under Regulations and Restrictions on the <br />- <br />
