The budget.s designat.ed as t.he <br />budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. <br />2-65, and No. 3-65, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1991 - June 30, <br />1992, in t.he Annual Budget. referenced in Section 1 hereof and <br />cert.ified by t.he City Clerk and City Manager are hereby adopt.ed <br />as the budgets for said fiscal year for each of said Dist.ricts, <br />respect.ively. <br /> SECTION 7. provision of Int.erim Expendit.ures as of July 1, <br />1991. All unencumbered General Fund balances remaining at. the <br />close of t.he Fiscal Year June 30, 1992, except for those amount.s <br />ot.herwise legally disposed of, are hereby appropriat.ed to the <br />General Fund program "Resources Held in Reserve" . The Direct.or <br />of Finance is hereby aut.horized to t.ransfer monies hereby <br />appropriated to the program Resources Held in Reserve from said <br />program t.o any other program or budget it.em est.ablished by t.his <br />1991-92 Fiscal Year Budget Ordinance, for expenditure from such <br />other program or budget item, without. furt.her Council approval <br />for such t.ransfer; provided, however, that the sum of all <br />expendit.ures of General Fund monie s during t.he Fiscal Year July <br />1, 1991 - June 30, 1992, plus expenditures during the int.erim <br />period between t.he close of the Fiscal Year June 30, 1992, and <br />the date of adopt.ion of a 1992-93 Fiscal Year budget. shall not. <br />exceed the total amount appropriated by this 1991-92 Fiscal Year <br />Budget.
