<br /> DES:djk 05/30/91 (031/7) <br /> WHEREAS, duly noticed public hearing was held on June 24, <br />1991 on a proposed revision to the aforesaid facilities charge <br />rate schedule which would increase by more than 5% the amount of <br />said facilities charge over the amount effective in the next <br />preceding quarter; and <br /> WHEREAS, at said public hearing all persons interested were <br />given the opportunity to be heard on the matter of the revised <br />rate schedule and this Council desires to approve said schedule; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, FOR ITSELF AND ON BEHALF OF <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION l. That certain revised rate schedule for the <br />facilities charge imposed in General Improvement District No. <br />1-64 pursuant to the Development Agreement, which schedule is set <br />forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto, and by this <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, and the rates <br />specified in said schedule for the fiscal year 1991-1992 and <br />following shall be effective for the corresponding years so <br />specified from and after July 1, 1991. <br /> SECTION 2.
