The City <br />Clerk shall cause a copy of the resolution adopted bv the <br /> J. <br />Council as provided in Section 18.222 hereof, with a <br />description of the property within the Benefit Area appended <br />thereto, to be submitted to the County Recorder, County of <br />San Mateo, for recordation in the official records of said <br />County. <br /> IISection 18.226. Ownership of Improvements. Upon <br />acquisition of Improvements pursuant to a Reimbursement <br />Agreement, title thereto shall vest in the City. Upon <br />completion of construction of Improvements and acceptance <br />thereof by the City pursuant to a Reimbursement Agreement, <br />title thereto shall vest in the City. <br /> "DIVISION 3. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS. <br /> IISection 18.230. Minimum Provisions. Reimbursement <br />Agreements entered into with an Applicant pursuant to the <br />provisions of this Article shall include, but not be limited <br />to, provisions relating to the requirement for the deposit <br />by the Applicant of the Costs of the Improvements in advance <br />of the entering into by the City of a contract for <br />construction of said Improvements, acquisition of <br />rights-of-way, payment of all fees, indemnification of the <br />City, the term of the agreement, collection and payment of <br />the Reimbursement Charge or Charges, and such other <br />provisions as the Council deems appropriate.
