Description
ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE XIII OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING ARTICLE XIII TO CHAPTER 18 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2003 THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Article XIII entitled, "Reimbursement Agreements" of Chapter 18 of the Code of Redwood City is repealed. SECTION 2. Article XIII ( "Reimbursement Agreements" ) is hereby added to Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of Redwood to read as follows: "ARTICLE XIII. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS

<br /> DES:dft 8/21/91R (006/10) <br /> 8/26/91R <br /> ( f) The formula or formulae by which the Reimbursement <br /> Charge or charges is or are calculated; <br /> (g) The initially determined Excess Costs; <br /> (h) The initially determined Reimbursement Charge for <br /> each Benefited Property; and <br /> (i) Such other information as may be necessary or <br /> useful in applying the formula or formulae adopted <br /> by the Council for the calculation of <br /> Reimbursement Charges, and/or such other <br /> information as the Director deems relevant or <br /> appropriate regarding the application for a <br /> Reimbursement Agreement. <br /> The Director shall complete the report within thirty <br />(30) days after making the determination described in <br />Section 18.211; provided that said period may be extended as <br />deemed necessary by the Director to obtain additional <br />information from the Applicant in order to complete the <br />application, or otherwise to obtain data, appraisals, cost <br />estimates, descriptions, or other information not maintained <br />in City records. Upon completion of the report, the <br />Director shall submit the report to the City Clerk, who <br />shall place the matter of consideration of the report and of <br />adoption of a resolution of intention to enter into a <br />Reimbursement Agreement on the agenda of the Council within <br />30 days of receipt of said report. <br /> "Section 18.213.
