AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVE~ÆNT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 THE COUNCIL OF THE REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVE~ÆNT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of <br />the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City Council hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and each section, <br />sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or <br />more section, sentence, clause or phrase be declared invalid. <br />SECTION 4. TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. The City Clerk is hereby <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the Auditor <br />of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 of the <br />Government Code and to such other County officials as may fina it <br />convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br />SECTION 5.
