ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 6.39 AND 6.40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO TIME LIMITATION UPON CLOSING-OUT SALES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 6.39 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 6.39. Sales Authorized by Permit; Sale Goods to be Separated From Other Goods. Any permit issued under the provisions of this article shall authorize the one type of sale named in the application, at the place named therein, for a period not to exceed ninety ‎(90)‎ calendar
