ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.105 AND 20.106 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO TOW-AWAY ZONES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 20.105 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 20.105. DES:dit 6/15/93 (019/11) <br /> /14/93R <br /> Shell Parkway: Both sides, from Peninsula Parkway <br /> to Davit Lane: No parking at any time. <br /> Middlefield Road Parkinq Lot: (fronting on <br /> portions of Theatre, Hamilton and Winslow <br /> Streets): Meters numbered T37 - T82, inclusive: <br /> No parking from 2:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. <br /> Saturday, including holidays, May through <br /> November of every week of said months." <br /> SECTION 2. Section 20.106 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.106. No person shall park any <br /> vehicle on any street, highway, or offstreet <br /> parking facility or any portion thereof, <br /> designated in Section 20.105 when signs are in <br /> place designating the street, highway or offstreet <br /> parking facility or such portion thereof as a <br /> tow-away zone. When such signs are in place <br /> designating a street or highway or a portion <br /> thereof, as a tow-away zone, the area adjacent to <br /> the curb shall be used exclusively as a traffic <br /> lane for moving traffic during the hours <br /> designated on the signs. <br /> Every sign erected pursuant to this section <br /> shall indicate the hours during which parking is <br /> prohibited, that any vehicle in violation thereof <br /> shall be towed away, and the telephone number <br /> where information concerning vehicles towed away <br /> may be obtained." <br /> SECTION 3.
