Description
ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING CHAPTER 27 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SANITARY SEWERAGE AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, as amended, entitled "Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Water Drainage Facilities", is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Chapter 27 is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27

Unpolluted Water. Water to <br />which no constituent has been added, either intention- <br />ally or accidentally, which would render such water <br />unacceptable to the City or the Authority for disposal <br />to storm or natural drainages, or directly to surface <br />waters. <br /> "Section 27.3.33. User. Any Person who or which <br />discharges, causes or permits the discharge of <br />Wastewater into the Sewerage Facilities. <br /> "Section 27.3.34. User Classification. A <br />classification of Users based upon classifications set <br />forth in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, <br />1972 edition, issued by the Executive Office of the <br />President, Office of Management and Budget, as said <br />manual may from time to time be amended, revised, or <br />superseded. <br /> "Section 27.3.35.
