A change of <br /> business or residence address of any registrant under <br /> this Article, including that of a member partner or <br /> principal officer of a corporation of a partnership or <br /> corporation, respectively, which is registered, shall <br /> be reported in writing by registered mail by the <br /> registrant wi thin two (2) days after such change of <br /> address. <br /> "Section 27.81. Revocation. Any registration <br /> issued under this Article may be revoked by the Health <br /> Department for cause on ten (10) days' notice to the <br /> registrant which notice shall be served by registered <br /> mail or in person at the latest place of residence or <br /> of business reported by the registrant. <br /> "Section 27.82. Rules and Regulations. The <br /> Health Department is hereby authorized to issue rules <br /> and regulations in pursuance of the purposes of this <br /> Article. <br /> "Section 27.83. Violations Unlawful. It shall be <br /> unlawful to violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Article or any order of the Health Department made <br /> pursuant to this Article for the protection of human <br /> health and comfort. <br /> "ARTICLE VIII.
