As used in this <br /> section, I dvlelling unit equivalent' means the average <br /> consumption of water pertaining to a single family residence <br /> served by a 5/8" x 3/4" water meter, as determined by the <br /> Director of Community Development. The fee hereinabove <br /> specified shall be payable for residential use structures <br /> based upon the number of dwelling units therein, <br /> irrespective of the number of meters through which water <br /> service is provided to such units.
