ORDINANCE NO. 2074 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 33A.15, 33A.17, 33A.25, <br />33A.26, AND 33A.28 OF, AND ADDING SECTION 33A.22.5 TO, <br />THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE <br />DEFINITION OF THE BROADWAY MALL AREA, MALL PERMIT <br />REQUIREMENTS, DURATION AND DISPLAY AND PORTABLE SIGN <br />REGULATIONS WITHIN SAID AREA, RESPECTIVELY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 33A.15 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 33A.15. Definition. For the purposes of <br />this article the terms "Broadway Mall", "Broadway" and <br />"Mall" as used herein shall be interchangeable and mean <br />the hereinafter specified street sidewalk areas: <br /> Both sides of Broadway between the <br /> intersections thereof with El Camino Real and <br /> Marshall Street; both sides of the following <br /> intersecting streets with Broadway, between <br /> the specified intersections therewith: Main <br /> Street, between the intersections thereof <br /> with the Southern Pacific/"CalTrans" <br /> (California Department of Transportation) <br /> railroad right-of-way and Marshall Street; <br /> Jefferson Avenue between the intersections <br /> thereof with the Southern Pacific/CalTrans <br /> railroad right-of-way and Marshall Street; <br /> Middlefield Road, between the intersections <br /> thereof with Winslow and Marshall Street; <br /> Hamilton Street, between the intersections <br /> thereof with Winslow Street and Marshall <br /> Street and Winslow Street between the <br /> intersection thereof with Marshall Street and <br /> the southerly approach thereof with the <br /> Southern Pacific/CalTrans railroad right-of- <br /> way. <br />A map. delineating the area above-described Broadway <br />Mall area shall be maintained and made available for <br />public review during regular business hours in the <br />
