JAH:dft 11/ ~/94R (006/12) <br /> _ ll/~J/94R <br /> 11/29/94R <br /> <br />Code, the effectiveness of the Redevelopment Plan (1) shall <br />terminate August 19, 2022, with respect to the Original Project <br />Area, (2) shall terminate June 20, 2025, with respect to the <br />First Amendment Area, and (3) shall terminate January 18, 2028, <br />with respect to the Second Amendment Area. <br /> <br /> Provided, however, that after each of said termination dates <br />the Agency shall continue to have authority to pay previously <br />incurred indebtedness within the applicable time limit <br />established in Section 3. of this ordinance, and to enforce <br />existing covenants, contracts, or other obligations. <br /> <br /> 3. TIME LIMITS ON PAYMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS. In compliance <br />with subsection (c) of Section 33333.6 of the Health and Safety <br />Code, the Redevelopment Plan is amended to provide that this <br />Agency shall not pay indebtedness or receive property taxes after <br />ten (10) years from the respective termination dates of the <br />effectiveness of the Redevelopment Plan, as such termination <br />dates have been established in Section 2 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> 4. TIME LIMITS: EXCEPTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS. (a) The <br />application of the time limits established in Sections 1, 2 and 3 <br />of this ordinance shall be subject to each of the exceptions and <br />qualifications set forth in subsection (g) of Section 33333.6 of <br />the Health and Safety Code, as such subsection may from time to <br />time be amended. <br /> <br /> (b) Section 33333.6 of the Health and Safety Code shall not <br />be construed to affect the validity of any bond, indebtedness, or <br />other obligation, including any mitigation agreement entered into <br />pursuant to Section 33401 of the Health and Safety Code, <br />authorized by this City Council or the Agency pursuant to the <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
